The Secrets to Building a Lucky Network – Anthony Tjan – Harvard Business Review.  Anthony Tjan writes about entrepreneurs and business leaders who attribute their success to luck.  He says that the “builder of a true Lucky Network is characterized by vulnerability, authenticity, generosity, and openness.”   His research revealed that 86% of the lucky leaders attribute part of their success to “openness to new things and people.”

I am a great believer in making your own luck and am excited to learn more about Anthony Tjan’s research.  This blog was published in anticipation of Heart, Smarts, Guts and Luck:  What It Takes To Be an Entrepreneur and Build a Great Business — Anthony’s book that he co-authored with Richard J. Harrington and Tsun-Yan Hsieh.
